SIGNS COMPETITION.
Rave Magazine and 4zzz fm present The
Red Paintings “Your Tears Are Warning Signs Tour” hitting
Australia, China and Hong Kong in Jan / Feb and March 2005.
To celebrate we are
giving some lucky person the chance to win free tickets to
The Red Paintings shows and be a guest painter on stage with
the band during their tour.
To enter we are asking for you to create a painting / Art
work that best describes and captures the essence of the band.
The band will be judging and choosing the most original piece
in mid January 2005. The winner will be announced by Libby
on 4ZZZ 102.1 FM StereoHog Music Program on Saturday 22nd
of January at 3.30pm. All entry’s are to be delivered or sent
as originals any shape or size by Friday 21st of Jan 2005
to the studios address below

Terms and conditions see below.
1. The winner will receive a complimentary pass for themselves
only. Depending on which shows the band choose the winner
to be a part of to paint and create.
2. The prize does not include travel and accommodation.
The winner will have to make their way to and from the
shows, unless otherwise discussed with bands management
depending on the location of show. The prize does not
include reserved seats or merchandise. Winner must be
available for all shows and must arrive at times scheduled
on show day.
3. Complimentary pass does not allow winner access to
back stage area at all shows or allow winner to paint
on stage with the band at all shows. Winner will be informed
of all show details after prize is announced and specifications.
4. All entry’s must contain personal details such as,
name, age, address and phone number. Attached to art works.
So we can contact you if you are a winner and if we can
use your work for other related red paintings projects.
Winner will be contacted on Saturday 22nd of January by
phone and email.
5. The top 5 – 10 art works picked by the band will be
displayed on the bands website and maybe used during an
art launch in 2005. If your art work is picked we will
notify you of all details as long as all personal details
are submitted with art work.
6. All art works entered in competition are entered at
creator’s risk we take no responsibility for damaged or
lost paintings. All paintings that are not picked in top
5 can and must be retrieved no later than Saturday 30th
of Jan from 4zzz fm studios. All art works left at 4zzz
after this time will be lost forever.
7. Winner must be over 18 to paint at over’s shows. Winner’s
under 18 will only be able to create at shows that are
all ages. All ages may enter.
8. Winner will be announced on 4zzfm, local street press
and the bands website www.theredpaintings.com
9. There may be more than one winner. Any one in the world
is welcome to enter.
10. The band will supply suitable materials for winner
to paint on including paints and brushes at selected shows.
Winner is allowed to bring more materials if needed and
discuss creative ideas.
11. You are allowed to enter more than one art work and
as many as you like.
12. Art works created at shows by the winner become property
of the red paintings and maybe used with out winners consent
